If the item you ordered arrives physically damaged, defective, differs from its description on the product detail page, or is missing parts or accessories, it qualifies for a free replacement.

- Underwear has only been tried on over your own.

SHOES Shoes are susceptible to scuffing on hard surfaces. When trying on shoes, it's advisable to do so on carpeted areas. Additionally, shoe boxes contribute to the product's presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
For sanitary purposes, please try on garments over underwear. Do not remove the protective slip.
TOPS AND DRESSESPlease exercise caution to prevent makeup or deodorant from rubbing off on the garment.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
INTERNATIONAL
Returns typically require 10-15 business days to process upon arrival at our facility. After processing your return and issuing the refund, you'll receive a confirmation email.
