At first sight it looks to be a good finished product. Use the size converter. By experience buy 2 sizes bigger than your usual EUR size. For my 44 I order a 46 and it fits perfectly.
Very nice pair of thigh high boots. Make sure you order about 2 sizes larger than your usual shoes. Quality is good and the zipper on the back makes it very easy to go in and out of the boots.
