This is PVC, not leather. It also runs extremely small. I measured the circumference when it's buckled, and it cannot accommodate more than 39".

Great idea, meh execution. First, this is PVC, not leather. The hardware is a bit flimsy, and the sizing is not what I'd call generous. I fastened it on the last hole, and it goes up to 39", so if your lower waist is bigger than that, you won't be able to wear it.
